Sound Bath with Amber Nelson
Join us Sunday evening for a cozy, restorative sound bath experience.
You'll be guided through a brief chakra meditation (~15 min), followed by a deeply immersive sound bath (~45 min) using crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the natural frequency of the earth, activating all 7 chakras.
$30 per person.
Doors Close at 6:00. Meditation begins at 6:15. Please bring your own mat, pillows, blanket, and comfort items for a cozy experience.
