Lughnasadh Witchcrafting: Celebrating the First Harvest

Join us as we gather to celebrate Lughnasadh, the ancient First Harvest Festival and one of the four cross quarter celtic fire festivals of the Wheel of the Year. As the warmth of summer begins its gentle transition toward autumn, we pause to honor the abundance that has ripened through patience, perseverance, and mindful care.

Together we will explore the history, folklore, magical correspondences, and spiritual significance of Lughnasadh while learning practical ways to work with the season's energies of gratitude, abundance, craftsmanship, prosperity, and personal growth. We'll honor the traditions of Lugh, the many-skilled one, and Tailtiu, whose sacrifice reminds us that every harvest is born through dedication and love.

This immersive witchcrafting experience is designed to deepen your connection with the First Harvest through hands-on magical practice, community, and seasonal ritual. Throughout the class, participants will be guided step-by-step in creating two handcrafted ritual items to take home and incorporate into their own Lughnasadh celebrations, harvest altars, and seasonal workings.

As we craft and connect, guests will enjoy a selection of harvest-inspired snacks and seasonal refreshments prepared especially for this gathering, celebrating the flavors and gifts of the First Harvest.
