Current Shipping processing times are 1-5 business day. Thank you and we will work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Handmade Products
Handmade items are made in small batch quantities to assure the highest quality product. Some items may require 3-5 days (candles,etc.) to complete from time of purchase.

We will not sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses or disclose any personal information belonging to our valued customers, we respect your privacy and appreciate your business.
All Sales Are Final
Merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 business day after receiving your order, please expect that we will request a photo of defective or damaged products in order to file a claim with UPS/USPS. We may also ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us. We will not be responsible or reimburse for any shipping costs. If it is determined that the product is damaged or defective we will credit your account with us in the amount of said product.
We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a fragrance product is not to your liking or if you feel the fragrance is not strong enough. If you have a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
Summer Heat & Shipping
We will do everything we can to ensure that your wax candles arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. UPS/USPS will not reimburse for melted candles please understand that we will not be held libel for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your candles to withstand the warmer temps.
It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.

One gift certificate per order.
We do not offer Gift Wrapping.
