All the beautiful spices you find in Golden Milk with added Ashwagandha are blended together to help making this delicious drink easier to take. Directions for use: STIR WELL before each use. Add 1 spoonful of honey to a cup of warm milk, or any milk substitute. Stir well. Can also mix into tea, coffee, yogurt, oatmeal or smoothies. Made with organic ingredients.
