Sound Bath with Amber Nelson

You'll be guided through a brief Reiki meditation (~15 min), followed by a deeply immersive sound bath (~45 min) using crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the natural frequency of the earth, activating all 7 chakras. We'll end with a gentle Shavasana cool down (~10 min).
