What are flower essences?
Flower Essences are created from selected flowers/plants that are believed to have healing vibrational properties. When they are infused in water, the water absorbs the vibration of the flower, or "energetic signature", capturing the healing properties and meanings to help heal energetic imbalances in the body.

Yarrow flower essence helps us to develop and maintain boundaries between the self and others.
