What are flower essences?
Flower Essences are created from selected flowers/plants that are believed to have healing vibrational properties. When they are infused in water, the water absorbs the vibration of the flower, or "energetic signature", capturing the healing properties and meanings to help heal energetic imbalances in the body.
Hellebore flower essence: Hellebore grounds us and gives us a sense of stability as we find our internal seat of power and confidence. Hellebore physically emerges from the darkness of winter, opening up to the coming light and it helps us to do the same emotionally and spiritually - to climb out of the darkness, out of sorrow or grief, and to become receptive to the gifts around us. Hellebore keeps us grounded as we find the courage to purge what no longer serves us, while remaining connected to our intuition. When the emotional heart suffers and you need help to discern appropriate boundaries, Hellebore can help you access your internal strength to keep moving forward in the world, in a healthy way.
