What are flower essences?
Flower Essences are created from selected flowers/plants that are believed to have healing vibrational properties. When they are infused in water, the water absorbs the vibration of the flower, or "energetic signature", capturing the healing properties and meanings to help heal energetic imbalances in the body.
Elderflower essence is considered to be a light in the dark, as well as an emotional decongestant. Elder helps relieve stagnant and heavy emotional states, lifting, and replacing with peacefulness and joy.
Elder also is used to bring us back to our youthfulness, rejuvenating our minds and bodies, connecting to our inner power. It is here that we can let go of the desire for perfection and instead love ourselves as we are. With both of these aspects (physical & emotional rejuvenation) of Elderflower combined, we can connect the ethereal and the physical, bringing healing to the pain linking the mind, body, spirit.
For children, Elderflower essence can validate and honor their own inner light that shines outward for themselves and others. This can bring a sense of groundedness as well as self-love.
