Yule: Yule, also known as the Winter Solstice, marks the longest night of the year, as the earth's axis tilts farthest from the sun. This takes place on or around December 21st, and is often celebrated through the end of the month as we look toward the coming new year. The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the return of the sun, rebirth, and renewal, and a time for us to give gratitude for what we have. As the dark half of the year surrenders to the light half of the year, slowly the days will start to become longer, and we can finally see brighter days ahead of us. The renewal of the sun calls on the celebration of light - bonfires, the burning Yule log, twinkling lights in trees, which are all ways to honor the coming sun. As Yule is celebrated into the new year, it's a time of deep reflection, of letting go of what no longer serves us, and creating space for new beginnings, transformation, new habits, and new goals for the following year.
To celebrate, decorate your home with lights and evergreens, decorate a tree, make magickal ornaments or a wreath, take a solstice walk, or bake a Yule log. Having a fire and a feast with loved ones is another wonderful way to celebrate the sabbat. It’s also a good time to do a cleansing ritual so you can create space energetically and physically for the new to come. When doing a cleansing or purification ritual for Yule, consider smoke cleansing with herbs such as pine, rosemary, juniper, or frankincense.

In the bottle there is added Cedar, Orange Peel, Juniper Berry, Clove, Cinnamon, Garnet, Mica, and Gold Sand. These are all handcrafted and so bottle additions may vary slightly depending on what is available.
